I'm skeptical about the idea of having too good of a energy raising chi inhaling lungs. Inhaling chi will be to easy and it is a distraction to falling asleep bringing insomnia. To me this is friken heck. Does anybody have a remedy.

Stop doing energy work.

I used to have the same problem, some years ago...my sleep would be spaced out into something like 4 sets of 2 hours each, and i would wake up feeling exhausted. but since then, my energy work has really come together and i've been actually doing energy work through much of the night, and i'm lucid for a total of about 2 hours each night, and i wake up feeling great even on little sleep.
for me, i had a lot of progress to do before i got to this point, but most of it (if not all) had to do with calming my mind. releasing or resolving my desires is something i work on all day, each day, so my mind can be calm and empty.
