Controlling Elements through Energy, is it possable? Is it impossable to control energy OUTSIDE of your body?

Depends on what you mean by controlling elements. Do you mean like PK, psi, etc?

It is generally possible to influence energy outside of your body. Like for example the energy of another person - this is one method of healing: changing the state of the energy of another person.
