I was reading about what i am going to have to do starting tomorrow as in which order the excercises are in, for example.....

Week 3 BrainWave Generator (20 mins.)
Relaxation: Whole body (5 mins.)
Breathwork: Cloud breathing (5 mins.)
Energy body prestimulation: (5 mins.)
Energy body bouncing: Full body (5 mins.)

Do i do these all simultaneously with each other or one after another, like breathwork for 5 mins, then energy body....and so on?

And i know these aren't the ones to do on day one i just opened to a random page for an example.
