my kundalini raise ,back to sleep

Hi,


when i do meditation, my kundalini rise up and it get stop in the middle of my spine. It is very painful so i stop meditation. After opening my eyes , kundalini goes back to sleep. It happend to me twice.


why it stops in the middle of my spine?

No, as Robert has written in his many books, Kundalini is an ongoing practice, it's not a 'raise once and you're done' thing. I can't tell you why it does what it does, other than kundalini is not a quick thing you just do in one sitting.
