need help

OK like I'm new to the "NEW system" and I'm still reading and when i try the Exercise i don't really feel nothing,(well i feel stiffness) that only happened in my right thumb an left toe, and that's not none of the signs that it has been activated. Really I'm just not getting the whole Awareness part ...so if any one can help please please do..thank you
