hey guys! so anyway, i was working on my MAP stuff and i was wondering something. i know i work on stimulating with energy like the legs and such but, is it possible to like "channel" the energy to one spot, for instance, your hand? like, stand there, and focus your energy either from your dan tien and other places and like focus alot of energy into your hand?? then you would feel like your hand is really stimulated heh, just curious cause im in martial arts, and i think that would be helpful if u could focus ur energy into one spot of your body, like the shaolin monks do. so im just wondering if its possiblethanks!
