Hello everyone!regarding the resonant tuning is one of these techniques that are important.For me has done many things to start with relaxation and then a vibrational surge through my body also gets you deeper in altered state,helps you have more energy,give your lungs expansion(when you inhale a small amount of air,over a period of practice you realise your air intake is much more)as to how you vocalize my opinion is deliberately do it your way i sometimes vocalize a mandra like loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove or heaaaaaaaaaaaaalth its working!
