Got your message Jaco, I'll respond here as I'm sure there are others who are curious!
I didn't feel anything major, although I was paying a little more attention than usual to my body in anticipation. There were some effects though - my headache lessened, and I felt a kind of subtle warmth throughout my crown. I think I felt an energy block pop in my left leg, but I'm not entirely sure if this was an energetic sensation or a physical one.

The sensations vary depending on a person.
You can observe yourself in the next couple of days, see if you notice any differences while doing routine exercises, or changes in your emotional patterns.
