    Wanted: Book recommendations on dreaming

    Hello.

What books are you aware of that help with

    * remembering more dreams,
    * remembering them in greater detail and
    * raising the level of lucidity in dreams?

    Thanks.

It isn't a book that I would suggest, but a CD instead that uses binaurals and paraliminals.

Daily use of the half of the CD for dream recall tends to bring an improvement in one to two weeks. The other half is for increasing creative use of dreams and it is to be used after gaining the lucidity and recall first that you will need in order to remember those gains.

Anything by Stephen LaBerge... he's written a lot on LDing and how to do it, and is probably the top authority on the subject. I have "Exploring the World..." good stuff. I really need to get back into practicing tho.

There are several by Robert Moss:

    DREAMING TRUE
    DREAMGATES
    and others.

He also does seminars in USA

    Some good stuff here, Korpo.

I remember enjoying a book by Patricia Garfield on creative dreaming as well.

    Thanks for all the recommendations!

    PaleHorse,

I started (re-)reading my LaBerge book. I'm a bit apalled with all his "lucid dreams happen in the brain" explanations which I found hard to stand the first time, but nobody said I cannot skip that. It surely will help.

    Tom,

would I have to keep on listening to the binaurals every day to keep the effect?

wstein and Beekeeper - thanks for the tips!

The important thing is recording your dreams consistently. I have a problem with that part which is why I stopped listening to the CD and stopped getting the effects. Still, if I do start listening again the results continue to kick in faster than previous times.
