too much primary center activity?

i have been doing NEW for a month now and im very satisfied:
my drams became very vivid and i had four obes.
now i maybe have a problem:
when i deeply relax and and do the full body circuit for a few minutes then i get throbbing in nearly all my primary chakras when i just move my awarenass in these areas. and since robert says that when primary centers respond one should leave them alone. does that mean that i should stop doing the full body curcuit? the sensations arent strong but they are coming obviously from the main chakras...

You do not activate chakras directly, they just respond to energy flow when you are doing the full circuit. I think you don’t have to stop doing the full body circuit. They might be starting to work on a higher gear due the energy body training and astral travels.
