I do not want a debate on whether it's real or not.
What I'd like (if possible) is to talk about how it would be possible (according to what we think we know about physics/reality) for craft to show up in a photograph and not to the naked eye. Other than suggestion (or directed influencing) what could 'cloak' something like that from view and yet not from cameras?
I'd like to hear ideas, if anyone has any.

Most people I don't think accept that there could be other dimensions. (I only say could be because I've yet to experience anything multi-dimensional yet).

I will make this one comment as an astral abductee. A lot of people associate ETs as entities that exist in our physical reality. Well the truth is...the greys, reptialians, the other reported entities in UFO lore, they don't exist in our reality. They exist in the astral at a higher energy level (well in the case of the descent reptilians probably not too high up with the evil reptilians). That's one of the reasons why when I first read Robert's book and he mentioned ET looking astral entities, I thought to myself, maybe they weren't ET looking, maybe they were ETs.

People think UFOs and astral travel are unrelated topics, in fact the truth is they are very related.

The few times I saw the greys in the flesh and not in an astral state, I was elevated to a very high energy level. I remember when my abductions first started I looked at my bedroom door thinking it looked strange and that "the door is not MY door." My energy was slightly raised to some place else so they could interact with me.

So how could ships appear in photos but go unseen to the naked eye...probably the same way astrals can go unseen to the naked eye but show up in photos...they exist exist in the same space at a different level of energy.

As Flew mentioned they do exist in a different energy level. It also causes energy transmission to other particles in our dimension that infra sensitive devices can pick up as heat signature. CCD chips (cameras electronic eye) can see in a wider light spectrum than naked eyes and therefore some cameras have a built-in or external filter to exclude the infra, UV and other ranges to enhance the picture quality as they would appear often white or other different false colours on the taken pictures.

The camera was used for taking that picture had no infra filter that is why they can appear on it.
