Refer to this guide, and do not just focus on the throat chakra (vishuddha), but work your way up.

There are complementary things you can do with this energy work, like contemplate what in your life does not allow for your self expression, what has to be said that you haven't said, and work with that. The two approaches (energetic and mental/emotional) should help provided there is a blockage in your throat chakra.
As usual, we recommend balance- to not concentrate on any specific chakra, until a problem is found, and if there is a problem, to complement it with balancing.
