the last few weeks i startd to remember dreams during other dreams.
its like deja vu but much stronger:
im in a dream and suddenly i know that i was here once before inanother dream. its not judt a feeling but i suddenly remember parts of that previous dream. and i know what is going to happen next and so it does.
i dont know what it means and wether it means anything at all...
any thoughts?
This could be state-specific memory. That is, memories stored during specific states of consiousnes (Dreams, drug episodes etc) might be forgotten by the baseline memory state. But when we are in the same kind of consious state as when the memory was stored, we remember the memories clearly.
