I had an interesting vision while meditating on the beach yesterday. (I'm also done rare - slightly cooked on the outside and still red in the middle! )
I was on my back with my toes in the sand, doing a simple color meditation - bringing the color of the Florida sky at noon into my 5th chakra when I noticed a slit in the area of my sternum, between my heart and throat chakras. This slit opened up like a vagina and out of it grew a pink Rose Brain. That was what it looked like, a rose made of brain tissue instead of petals. My inside watcher wordlessly said, Very beautiful - and what do you do? At this point the Rose Brain emitted a tone/vibration that was pink and shimmery gold. My whole world became pink and tingly. Then I became aware of the beach again.
