I really can't recommend this book enough. It's deceptively simple and appears to be quite basic, but the clarity in describing different kinds of awareness and how to go about cultivating greater awareness is brilliant, and cuts right through all the layers of blah blah blah that so often attend this topic. I've read I don't know how many books on this subject, and so far, this one is the most useful, the clearest, and the most free of jargon and strong religious or spiritual biases.

that's exactly what vipassana is about - Dhamma.
it seems everywhere i look now i'm seeing various people talking about this, in various different ways, all expressing the same concept.

i'll be looking out for that book, cheers..
