I've Googled it and I'm looking at it now. I hate to sound like a naysayer, but it looks very dubious.

What they're describing can easily be achieved with binaural beat sounds, and that's actually scientifically tested and known to be effective (at least for most people; some people do appear to be more or less affected by binaural brainwave stuff).

Also, and I know this is probably a little weird of me, but Karnak is, to my ear, too much like Carnack the Magnificent, a rather silly and very entertaining "mind reader" character played by Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show for many years. I just can't take seriously anything named after a Johnny Carson character.
