Do affirmations work for negative spirits and thought forms?

But you know me too, when i see guilt directed at a victim, (what i think anyway) i'll bring it to the surface. Most people that dish guilt can't handle it thrown back at them. It's always good for a few fireworks

If this thought form is that of the negative spirit, it's not going to be easy. But affirmations are a good start, anything that helps undo the suggestion that the neg is feeding into the subconscious.
