Healing an injured shoulder

I busted my shoulder in the gym today and I was wondering how I go about healing it faster with energy? I have been just sponging energy through it and visualising healing energy.

Hmm, well just sending the energy from each chakra is pretty efffective, also, if you've taken Reiki classes that would help immensely. I will send you my healing.
