problems trancing

when i try to go into the trance state using the stair case (creating the falling sensastion i lose control and keep stumbeling or more or less kinda stumbiling then rolling then ill try to walk again but it just keeps happening. it may seem funny but it is actually quite fustrating, any help on this

Try another method then. Experiment with your imagination and see what works. I'd try swimming/diving downward. There's always a good old elevator too.

see i have only ever rode on a elevator twice in my life. but i tried swimming and it worked well thank you
