He's kinda scary looking to me I can say with confidence (whether this be urban legend or otherwise) I do not recall seeing this man in my dreams. And if I started, I might be very confused. Otherwise, he seems to be the popular guy of the dream world for a lot of people if you believe the claims And agreed, it is quite reminiscent of a Big Brother thing, which only makes it creepier. Being the nosy and somewhat suspicious person I am, I did a little more research. The most telling thing I found is the information on the domain registration, which is to a marketing company in Italy:

A further search on the email address registered for the domain yields interesting things, as well:

There's also quite an interesting thread on this topic here:

Basically, from what I could discover in the twenty minutes or so that I devoted to this, it seems it's some sort of viral marketing campaign. For what, I can't possibly imagine. Time, I suppose, will tell.
May the light surround you, may you be blessed. May the light surround us, may we be blessed. May love and light surround us all, and may we all be healed and blessed. And so it is, and so it shall be, now and ever after.
I just read it, and they admit it's a viral marketing campaign company, which brings more exposure to whichever product or idea via viral means. They even had a section in which they admit to include their viral marketing in porno, so that you are sold something while watching the porno. It was very interesting.

How could it be a viral marketing campaign by that I mean the man in the dreams
They set up a viral campaign to get people posting this image all around the net and various other places, and to get people talking about it (and that much worked). There's no reason to believe that anyone is actually dreaming of this man, although if they do, it can be easily put down to the power of suggestion.
As for what they're marketing, I don't know, but maybe it was just a means of showing potential clients what they can do. You know, "Look, we got this 'guy in your dreams' all over the world, we can do the same for your product!"

ah interesting, thank you for the explination
Alright sorry the site was a fake; I admittedly didn't read through much other than what it was claiming to be.
Of course now I want to learn how to dreamwalk, so I can wander through a bunch of peoples' dreams, dropping random bits of sage wisdom, and eventually find *my* goofy mug on a website. It'll be like playing Where's Waldo!
