Magnesium is great for muscle tension.
Yeah, my old, awesome massage therapist told me that I might release emotions too- I felt like crying a few times! The other day we were focusing on opening the solar plexus chakra in yoga class and the teacher said (as she was next to me- coincidence?) that we might feel some anxiety from relaxing into the pose. I didn't though but it was a great class.

I take magnesium (Natural Calm powder) every night- It's great stuff, I agree.
