Ear-ringings - telepathy

where some people wrote that when a diffrent entity is around you it can cause sound sensation - ear ringing. I have experiences with it /it isnt tinnitus/. I would like to know if there is a way how to trace that entity - if it is a real one /psychic/ or something else or how to get rid of it. thanks

To know if it's a real independent entity I'd start by looking at what you were thinking (or doing) when it began, and I'd continue with how you felt when it continued.
You see, ear ringing can be caused by physical things as well as telepathy. So you start like you'd start with any other possible neg symptom, and go from there.
