On the left front corner of our computer desk there were sheets of typing paper under the left edge of our keyboard. My daughter was working at the computer when she caught sight of the upper sheets of typing paper move to the left away from the other anchored sheets beneath them. She didn't tell me this until weeks later.

When she told me her experience I was stunned because I had watched a box of cheese crackers on the same corner move to the front and left of our keyboard. Instinctually I reached out with my left hand to catch the box before it fell on the floor not thinking at the time boxes shouldn't move of their own accord. The box didn't fall so I went back to what I was doing on the computer.
