Dreaming boosts learning and creativity, say researchers

May the light surround you, may you be blessed. May the light surround us, may we be blessed. May love and light surround us all, and may we all be healed and blessed. And so it is, and so it shall be, now and ever after.

Re: Dreaming boosts learning and creativity, say researchers

I remember reading an article a long time ago that said creative people were more likely to remember dreams. Maybe it's because they got enough sleep in the first place, which made them more creative.

Re: Dreaming boosts learning and creativity, say researchers

When I'm learning something new or I'm doing something a lot, I generally dream about it. I've been known to dream in CSS, in HTML, in commands for a certain kind of communication environment, and so forth. Apparently, this is one way that the brain sorts out stuff and files it permanently.
May the light surround you, may you be blessed. May the light surround us, may we be blessed. May love and light surround us all, and may we all be healed and blessed. And so it is, and so it shall be, now and ever after.
