"Today while reading a longtime mate and fellow magician, I was taught a technique by her dying grandmother who projected beside her during the reading and gave me a lesson in Tarot.
The front of the hand and the fingers are rods on top
The palm and the fingers are cups below
reading left to right on the hands
we can count 1 of rods/cups on the left pinky and
so forth up to 10 of rods/cups on right pinky
The top of the feet and toes are swords
the bottom of the feet and below the toes are pentacles.
again counting 1 of swords/pentacles from the left pinky
to 10 of swords/pentacles on the right pinky
We walk on Earth -pentacles
Our path is our trevails or conflict -swords
We draw into our palms what we love and the relationships we hold dear-cups
Above us are our triumphs the struggles we've overcome; our works- rods
So when a spirit ;
colours up ,prods, pokes or pinches one of your phalanges
you can look up what they are telling you as a message !
The temperature of the finger might change to burn or become cold .
The finger might be moved or tugged or colour up in energy .
Then the Reader can look up the meaning of the related Tarot Card.
For example ,concerning the son of the sitter the Nan tingled bottom of left thumb and showed 5 of Cups which means "That relationship is now over but conceal your disappointment because a better one is already on the way".
The Major arcanum are on the joints and on the body as expressed on the Tree of Life which I dreamt about the following night "
