Hi Gang,
It's been a long while since I've been on this site.
So many things have come up at once and they all needed attention at the same time.
I was going nuts. Also, I didn't have a working computer for so long, for this reason or that and I miss the forum.

Anyway, I've kept up with my Astral practicing; but it's been hard because of all the goings on in my mind.

Something very strange happened last week. I think I was projecting; but not sure, except for some paralysis while waking up.
I woke up, or at least I thought I did and tried to sit up. I could only lift myself a little. Out of no where, I heard someone saying "Would you like me to help you get up?" I said yes and as I looked into the darkness I saw two arms, from the elbows to their finger tips, reaching out to me for me to grab onto. I grabbed their arms, by their hands and mine, and he pulled me up to the sitting position.

I then realized someone helped me up and I asked loudly "Who are you?" There was no answer. Ask I looked up, I saw one of my hands grabbing the other arm by the wrist.

I'm wondering if it was my Astral body trying to reintegrate back into me, causing the partial paralysis. I've seen myself before, but not this time.

Anyway, I thought I'd share this with the group and I'll be on more often now.
