I've recently bought Roberts latest book "Energy Work" and I'm trying to put a daily exercise plan together so I can work through the book.

Each chapter in the book contains lots of great information on the energy body. However the practice sections at the end of each chapter are rather vague. e.g. In the chapter "Running Energy" which talks about hand and foot work it says: Relax, pre-stimulate hands and feet and then do awareness belly breathing for a few minutes... This is in stark contrast to the online version of NEW http://www.astraldynamics.com/tutori...BulletinID=238 which goes into great detail.

I was wondering what other people have done and maybe whether I should try and combine the online exercise plan with the newer techniques in the book?
