He feels no pain

Hey,

Two weeks ago my friend dreamt that his knee was injured. I tried to ask him about some details, but he remembers nothing specific.
So after that dream he doesn't feel that knee anymore. He can pierce his skin on that knee area and nothing happens! He feels apsolutely no pain, in short, it not reacts into anything, whatever u do.
Because of his recent OBE experiences i thought that he caught some kind of astral parasite who's now feeding from that area (knee).That can be the main cause of what's happening to him.
Really... I don't even know how to help him ( or he can help himself).
Please, just post ideas of what do u think it could be or how to help him.

First and foremost, he needs to see a doctor. A dream that you're injured could indicate his subconscious was aware something was wrong, a warning of a physical problem. If he has no sensation chances are that there is a pinched nerve, possibly somewhere important.
After he's seen by a doctor then can we begin to assume that there's something 'paranormal' about it, and go from there.
