Of course, now, looking more closely at the census data link, I found out that it could also be Zaragoza (30 instances). So this could mean that there is not necessarily a Catalan connection to this name. Zaragoza is located in Aragon which is a tri-lingual area with Castillian, Aragones and Catalan Spanish. Muy interesante, todo esto. 
Update: Two occurrences in Germany, also two in Canada.
France might be a possibilty too. (Well, does not surprise me as Catalan is the French version of Spanish, in a way).
"17 SINERA sont nés en France entre 1966 et 1990", so she could be French as well.
Quite a few instances for the U.S., too.
