Given the frequency of my exits into blindness (I'd estimate it to 30% or more of all exits) I'd say that I am in this body quite often.

Sometimes I gain vision then by certain techniques (affirmation "clarity now", grabbing things around me, the temples technique) but sometimes not even this works. Actually I'm a bit clueless and also unnerved by it. Recently, I get more and more impatient when it happens (also I quickly get into a kind of -like mood). It's becasue I always lose too much of my precious time since my lucidventures are already too short anyway.

So you think that always when I gained sight I am in the mental body? Does that mean that my 'environment' is the mental plane (e.g. the 'astral portal' I often jump into would then also rather be a 'mental portal' instead)? At least this could maybe motivate me again when 'blind' next time (and hopefully remember your words then ).
