Hello,I'm Jp and I have been having a few questions in mind and I would apreciate it if someone could attempt to answer them.1. Almost everytime(Including mornings) when I lay down and try to relax my body everything goes quite well I suppose but as soon as it even feels like im going into the trance state I fall asleep. I have tried to sort of persuade my sub-concious to not fall asleep but all my attempts were in vain and it does not work. I also tried binaural beats but with the same exact result.Note: I have never experianced OBE or Astral projection before, the closest I have come is a form of Lucid Dreaming.2. What are the best techniques for getting my body and my senses to "turn off" so to speak, as I am having what seems like an ongoing battle to drown out any form of sound that reaches me. I have tried not thinking about them but as soon as this happens, once again, I fall asleep.Note: I have ADD and concentrating to that point seems like an almost impossible goal to achieve.I must also mention that I have tried the sitting up technique which proved very successful but there is no well designed technique I can find to actually leave the body while sitting up.Any answers to my questions or atleast a step-by-step guide of some sort will be HIGHLY apreciated.Thanx to everyone who answers in advance
