That's probably very true. I had also some emotional issues recently. Moreover, and amazingly so, the Book Of Stones (quoting again from an above link (a quote of a quote), just another section) says this, bolds mine:

Astrophyllite and Moldavite work together exceptionally well, especially in regards to activating ones higher purpose in life and in assisting one in following that path. So maybe it is a kind of inner cleansing, even "inner neg removal", and I should do more? Bring it to light with light, so to speak? I'll definitely use the Astrophyllite (on my spiritual chakra) again. But not every night. It's a real hardcore stone and one needs some time-off from working (hard) with and through it.

I also recognised already that it is hardly possible to wear it for a longer duration around your neck on your breast during the day. It starts to somehow 'burn' after a while, and exactly this was written somewhere else on the internet too (don't find it right now but I remember I read it somewhere).
