I think her answer had something to do with the fact that establishing dream contact with you would have felt unsafe to her - like something her belief system does not allow. The translations are a bit off in general but getting much better - usually sensible short sentences now.

The readout on the screen suggests "abstractness" about the information - and you bring back your impression that it was "complex." Probably the same reason you didn't back any of the explanation. You did not have the (dream) vocabulary to translate it. "Photons" are a unit of energy and light, so any sort of directly working with energy might have been the subject of her explanation.
