To me it seems like that:

1. You have clearly developed inner self, and have higher abilities at hand, not necessarily reached consciously
2. The dream is evidence and result of these
3. 11 points may refer (IMHO they do) to 11 dimensions, 7 lower of which are related also to 7 energy centers
4. You have had clearly an incarnation in China (or related culture)
5. All of that is highly symbolic and reflects the higher world (world of gods)
6. And it is possible to achieve it for you

I'd suggest taking a focus on the beyond-awake-mind levels.
