What your higher astral aspects do in the astral, and what you do at your normal level of consciousness, can be two vastly different things.

What your higher astral aspect does can be likened to what you might have done in another life. This is a very separate thing from your normal level of consciousness and knowing.

By projecting consciously, you will not interfere with anything. You will, though, have the possibility of evolving to a higher level of consciousness and of becoming more than you are now.

By evolving your consciousness, through energy work and meditation and etc, your creative muse will also evolve to higher levels. So that is one good reason, for any creative person, to do the inner work.
