Re: What does Dejavu really mean? I feel like i'm in the twilight zone.
I don't know that it means anything, to be perfectly honest. I used to get it a lot, and I mean a LOT. At first I'd try to work out what it was about, why it was happening, if it was important, etc., and it never was, and it never meant anything at all. Then, slowly, my reality dissolved piece by piece, and the deja vu got somewhat worse. In that case, it was just the fact that my reality was going all wibbly wobbly. It was very disorienting, not that unlike what you describe in your post. It took some years to get through that "reality is dissolving all around me" stage, but eventually that became a non-issue. Now, there's essentially no division between reality and non-reality, between natural and supernatural, between physical and metaphysical.
It's actually a lot more boring now, but that's a different topic, I suspect.
As for what it all means for you, that's hard to say. It could be, as it was for me, your ego-self's grip on that which it thinks of as "reality" starting to decay, which is, indeed, very freaky when it happens.

Hmmm. Says 08:44 for me.
May the light surround you, may you be blessed. May the light surround us, may we be blessed. May love and light surround us all, and may we all be healed and blessed. And so it is, and so it shall be, now and ever after.
